Our well had some issues with bacteria and nitrates. Contacted Oregon Water services. We had sold the house and needed it taken care of right away before closing. Dan was extremely helpful! He answered my questions and told me exactly what we needed. They installed a water softener and UV system quickly and efficiently . Just what we needed, water was pure again and buyer was happy. OWS did not disappoint! While having a home built, the county needed to sign off on the plumbing, but we didn't have a pressure tank. Dan at OWS promptly brought and hooked up a temporary tank so we could pass inspection within hours of calling. OWS then came and hooked up the permanent tank, tested and shocked our Well at a very reasonable price!

We just moved into our new house and our well had a very nasty taste and smell. Corey came out, found the problem and fixed it right away. We can finally drink our water without getting sick and run our water without smelling eggs. Thank you so much we can't recommend them enough for any one with water issues.

We had a slight emergency with our septic and contact Oregon Water Services. They squeeze us in for same-day inspection and repair. Their office staff and technicians were very polite and informative. We will be calling them again!

me they could have someone out to me by 3 o'clock. Welp at 3 o'clock I get a call from the office telling me that they can't come out today because their service guy wasn't knowledgeable enough and didn't want to even attempt to look at it. 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. So I get off the phone and get on with Oregon water service, the girl on the phone was super helpful, sorry I forgot your name already but she contacted her boss and called me right back to tell me they could be out here within a half hour. I'm still in shock they were able to get a tech down here in 30 minutes at the end of the day on a Friday. Thanks so much y'all!

Dan explained what would be needed for our pump-house project (new pressure tank & pex pipe to replace an aging set up) and provided an accurate cost estimate. Technicians Corey and partner quickly completed the job in a professional & workmanlike manner. I'm just disappointed that OWS is only licensed to complete projects outside the house! (I would choose them for inside plumbing projects too.)

Put in a brand new system. Works great and the customer service was amazing. Dan also took the time to show me how to run and take care of my new system MULTIPLE times! They are very patient with newbie well owners. Lol Would highly recommend them.
